No video feed on GO app

When you first setup the GO app on your mobile or tablet device you may find you are getting no video feed from the camera.

This is because you need to adjust some default settings in the GO app, which we will cover in this tutorial.

  1. Press the HD icon at the top of the screen to enter video downlink settings.
  2. Scroll down to the Bandwidth Allocation slider and ensure the EXT value is on 80%
  3. Ensure that the “Output Mode” is set to EXT
  4. Ensure that the “Output Device” is set to EXT

You should now be able to receive a video feed on the DJI GO app.
